Now, the Southern Germans prepare their next gunfire: “Dogma Anti God”. The band recorded the nine tracks together with producer Kristian „Kohle“ Kohlmannslehner (Aborted, Benighted) in his Kohlekeller Studio and created an album that is musically more open than its predecessor without losing DEADBORN’s uniqueness and recognition value. This dogma is irrevocable!

OBSCENITY

Details for 'Summoning The Circle'

OBSCENITY – „Summoning The Circle“! Since their latest album „Retaliation“, Obscenity went through many changes. The most obvious being the additions of their new vocalist Manuel Siewert (December Flower) and their new bass axe man David Speckmann (Burial Vault). Both are now presenting their recording-debuts with Obscenity on “Summoning The Circle”, accompanied by the band’s veterans Hendrik Bruns (guitar) and Sascha Knust (drums) as well as guitarist Christoph Weerts. The recordings for the new songs took place at the Soundlodge Studio (Anvil, God Dethroned, Dew-Scented) with longtime-partner Joerg Uken and in guitarist Christoph Weerts’ own studio while mixing and mastering were done by Christoph Brandes in his Iguana Studio (Necrophagist, Spheron, Maladie). The result speaks for itself and delivers punchy and brutal classic death metal at its meanest. This is the perfect start into 2019, which marks the band’s 30th year in history!

DEADBORN

finished recordings for new album

While some bands tend to become more and more generic with every release and one can almost set the clock on the arrival of a new record, others are a lot more unpredictable and challenging. “Mayhem Maniac Machine” (released in Apostasy Records’ year of birth 2012) marked Deadborn’s second full-length and is a really unique and strong technical death metal experience to this day. Now, the follow-up is coming near! The band already completed the recordings at Kohlekeller Studio with producer Kristian “Kohle” Kohlmannslehner (Aborted, Benighted). Stay tuned for more information!
